Mateusz Błachucki is a chief expert in the Department of Merger Control at the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. Formerly he worked in the Competition Protection Department. He graduated from law at the University of Warsaw and holds an LL.M. degree (Hons). Mateusz is also a holder of a masters degree in economics from Warsaw School of Economics. Furthermore, Mateusz has a solid academic experience during his employment as an lecturer at the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyñski and Warsaw University. Currently, he holds a position of associate professor of Law at the Polish Academy of Sciences. He has written various articles in the field of competition law, state aids and administrative procedures.
