Marie-Luise Heuer is an associate of Blomstein’s antitrust and competition law group, based in Berlin. She advises clients on German and EU competition as well as State aid law. Marie has particular experience in advising clients of the TMT and FMCG industry on merger control aspects. She also represents German and international companies in legal proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission as well as in front of German and European courts. Marie is admitted to the Bar in Germany (Rechtsanwältin), a member of the Association of German antitrust lawyers (Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht) and of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).
