Marek Holka is a partner at Cechova & Partners with more than nine years of legal practice. He primarily deals with competition law and pharmaceutical law. Marek is regularly involved in merger control cases. He has been involved in advising several multinational companies within antitrust investigations and proceedings at the Slovak national competition authority, including on-site assistance during inspections, and regularly advises clients on antitrust compliance issues, including revising and setting up of distribution models and contracts, internal antitrust audits and compliacne trainings.
