Marco Plankensteiner is a partner and antitrust lawyer in the Paris office of Kramer Levin in Paris and co-head of the firm’s antitrust, distribution and consumer protection practice group. He assists clients in antitrust investigations and defends them in proceedings before the French and European competition authorities, and in competition, distribution and consumer protection litigations before French courts. Marco has also a strong practice in merger control with EU and national competition authorities and regularly coordinates complex multijurisdictional filings on a global scale. While he represents clients in a wide variety of industries, he focuses most particularly in the banking, construction, agrifood, chemicals, fashion and consumer goods sectors.
