Tehono Marchal is a Legal officer at the Court of Appeal of Papeete since May 2021. Before, he was a legal adviser of the Polynesian competition authority’s president and members of the council. Since July 2018, he is a technical advisor in charge of Economy and Investments at the French Polynesian Vice-presidency. Prior to coming back to French Polynesia, he passed the Paris bar exam in 2013 and graduated from business law in 2015 (Paris II MBA) and litigation and dispute resolution in 2011 (Paris I).
