Marcello Caramazza joined Clariant in 2020. Marcello Caramazza previously worked for various law firms. His practice then focused on European and Italian antitrust and competition law, including merger control at the EU and national level, cartels, cooperation and vertical agreements and State aid. He has assisted clients in cross-border mergers involving several industrial sectors and in antitrust investigations for anticomptitive agreements and abuse of dominance. He has provided assistance on licensing and distribution agreements and represented clients in court proceedings for State aid cases
