Dr Lukas Rengier specialises in European and German antitrust law. He advises in particular on merger control cases, represents clients in cartel and abuse of dominance proceedings as well as damages actions, and counsels on cooperation and distribution agreements. He spent six months on secondment in Allen & Overy’s US antitrust practice group in New York and Washington, D.C. Mr Rengier is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish.
