Lucile Delahaye joined the Paris Bar in 2012 and is a counsel at BCTG Avocats. She advises international and national companies on EU and French Competition Law as regards anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, merger control, state aid and distribution agreements and other complex forms of cooperation in numerous sectors including notably cosmetics, telecommunications and pharmaceutical. She also represents her clients before all kinds of competition or regulatory authorities in case of litigation in these matters.
