Loraine Donnedieu de Vabres-Tranié joined Tactics in Januray 2022. She came to competition law through criminal law. She has been involved in a number of cases relating to competition and telecommunications sector regulation, particularly in Eastern Europe and Morocco. Hence her extensive experience in cartel and abuse of dominance cases, particularly in the area of deregulation, and her handling of complex merger cases, including in phase 2 or when negotiating innovative commitments: simply as litigation. Her practice area covers the entire spectrum from searches to private enforcement via antitrust litigation and possible criminal aspects, to the creation of a new competitive landscape via settlements and the negotiation of appropriate commitments. She is also committed to assisting companies in the development and implementation of compliance programs, as well as in the conclusion of transactions. She has just negotiated with the French National Financial Prosecutor’s Office the third “CJIP” in the field of corruption of foreign public officials. She has taught at Sciences Po Paris and at the University of Paris IX Dauphine and is currently participating in the Competition Law Diploma at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
