Lise Damelet

Lise Damelet, partner at FTPA since 2020, heads the firm’s competition law department. She has developed a solid experience with companies of all sizes, both French and foreign, before the French and European regulatory authorities and courts, particularly in matters of state aid and merger control. Her expertise covers sectors as varied as transportation, energy, chemicals, plastics, financial services, consumer products and facility management services. Lise Damelet is a member of the Association des Avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence (APDC) and the Association Française d’Etude de la Concurrence (AFEC). Admitted to the Paris Bar (2007), she is a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Lille (2001), the University of Lille II (Master’s degree in international and European law, 2002) and the EDHEC Business School (2004).
