Lily Loeffler

Lily Loeffler is an English qualified lawyer in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where she currently practises in the firm’s Global Finance and Business, Restructuring and Reorganisation practice groups. Ms Loeffler’s practice focuses on cross-border leveraged and acquisition finance and restructurings. Ms Loeffler trained at Gibson Dunn before qualifying as an associate at the firm, and specialised in competition law during her traineeship.
