Liam Phibbs guides clients through various stages of state and federal litigation as well as governmental investigations. He focuses his practice on antitrust and commercial litigation and represents clients from a variety of industries including health care, manufacturing, and agriculture. During law school, Liam was the chancellor of the Catholic University of America Moot Court Association and was a member of the Catholic University Law Review. Prior to law school, he was a litigation paralegal assisting attorneys with complex litigation matters in front of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
