Laura Carter joined Ashurst as a trainee in 2013. She is now senior associate and practises all areas of UK and EU competition law, including cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control, competition director disqualification, competition compliance and regulatory matters. Laura Carter has experience of dealing with the European Commission, UK Competition and Markets Authority and UK sectoral regulators, as well as litigation in the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal and High Court. She regularly advises on matters in the financial services, pharmaceuticals and energy sectors.
