Kirsty Dougan joined Warren Partners in January 2023. Kirsty Dougan draws on a wealth of experience building and leading disruptive professional services businesses. This includes roles as Managing Director of Axiom, the world’s largest and fastest growing non-law firm provider of legal services and new market entrant Vario (part of Pinsents Masons), both based in Asia, and a strategy role as Global Head of Alternative Legal Services for international law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. This, in turn, has brought exposure to and understanding of a huge range of client sectors, issues and company types, including Fortune 50 and mid-sized companies across financial, pharmaceutical, FMCG, and technology sectors. She also has FTSE 100 corporate experience, leading a legal function for Diageo, as well as in legal practice, lecturing and legal publishing. She has regularly contributed to legal conferences, thought-leadership in leading legal and financial services journals and made frequent media appearances.
