Kellie Kemp

Kellie Kemp is Senior Counsel at Uber since 2019. She advises on antitrust and competition law matters, including mergers & acquisitions, litigation, compliance, advocacy and policy. Prior to this, she was an Associate Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from 2013 to 2019. As a member of WSGR’s antitrust team, Kellie’s practice encompassed a wide variety of antitrust matters, including counselling on mergers & acquisitions, litigation and compliance.
