Kailun is an associate with the firm’s antitrust, competition and trade group, based in the Beijing office. Kailun specialises in the antitrust and regulatory aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and investigations in China. Kailun has recently advised a broad range of international and PRC clients across different sectors including healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, chemicals, IT/technology, shipping, food and beverages etc. Prior to joining the firm’s antitrust group, she worked for a top tier Chinese law firm in Beijing. Kailun holds a Postgraduate Diploma on EU Competition Law from King’s College London, a Master of Law Degree (specialize in Competition Law) from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and an LL.B. from Zhejiang University.
