He speaks French, English and Slovak and holds degrees from University of Strasbourg, Leiden University, Trinity College Dublin, University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, the Université Libre de Bruxelles and he holds a LLM in European Law from the College of Europe in Bruges.
