Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008, Julien Guinot-Deléry specialises in intellectual property law. He specialises in media and communication law (press, advertising, sponsorship, etc.), copyright law, as well as technology and digital law. Julien assists and represents French and foreign groups, both in advisory and transactional matters and in litigation. He is regularly involved in complex litigation in the field of intellectual property and technology law (IT litigation, liability) and unfair competition, as well as in sectoral litigation in the media and digital field. Julien assists his clients in their communication activities (image rights, e-reputation, advertising & social networks) and in the management and exploitation of their intangible assets. He also assists numerous investors and growth companies in the field of new technologies, in particular in the context of venture capital operations, notably on IP/IT issues and personal data processing. Julien is a graduate of the ESCP Business School’s Specialised Media Masters and holds a Master 1 in Business Law (Paris I) and a Master 2 in Communication Law (Paris II).
