Julie Catala Marty joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in April 2020. She leads the competition and distribution team which provides transactional and litigation services for French and overseas corporations at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Her practice encompasses every aspect of merger control proceedings before the French Competition Authority and the European Commission, bringing to bear deep cross-border expertise on international cases. Julie Catala Marty represents clients before the French and European courts in matters involving cartels, abuses of a dominant position, restrictive trade practices and distribution law issues. She also offers longstanding experience in handling State aid matters and provides tailored compliance counsel through standalone compliance programs and on an on-going advisory basis
