Julian can help you with merger control proceedings and cartel investigations before national competition authorities and the European commission. He also represents clients in cartel and abuse of dominance proceedings and the litigation of cartel damage claims before national and European courts. Furthermore, he is experienced in advising clients on how to structure agreements and distribution systems in accordance with competition law. Julian studied law at the Universities of Dusseldorf and Kingston upon Hull, UK. During his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf he worked, inter alia, for an international law firm in Dusseldorf and London and the German embassy in Beijing, China.
