Josh Buckland is counsel at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in London since June 2021. He was previousely managing associate in Linklaters’ global competition practice, based in London where he advised clients on a range of complex UK, EU, and international competition law matters, including merger control, cartels, abuse of dominance, compliance and sectoral regulation. He completed an LLM in EU Competition Law at King’s College in 2017, and an LLM in Competition & Consumer Law at the University of Melbourne in 2014.
