Joe Saunders is a senior associate in the Competition Law and Regulatory Group at King & Wood Mallesons where he advises on a range of competition and regulatory issues. Prior to his current role, he was the chief of staff to the Australian Minister for Business and Better Regulation, and has also worked as the director of merger investigations at the Australian Competition Authority.
