Joe Beautridge joined Associated British Foods in November 2022 as legal counsel competition and compliance. Prior to that, he was an associate with Hogan Lovells in the firm’s London office. He advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law. This includes advising clients on antitrust investigations, UK, EU and multi-jurisdictional merger control and foreign direct investment and competition law compliance. Joe also advises on public procurement matters. Joe has experience across a range of industry sectors, including consumer, TMT, diversified industrials, aerospace and defense, and government. Joe has also spent time working in the Hogan Lovells ACER team in Brussels.
