He is a junior solicitor in our Commercial Group based in Sydney, working predominantly with clients in the technology and communications and aviation sectors. He is a passionate lawyer with experience advising clients on telecommunication law, consumer law and commercial issues. He regularly assists in advising the firm’s clients in relation to competition and consumer law and general commercial law. These include conducting legal research, contract review, providing assistance with the preparation of submissions to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, and assistance with commercial negotiations. He has a Chinese background and capable to communicate fluently with oral and written in Mandarin.
