James Levy is a partner in the dispute resolution practice. ​James is a senior commercial litigator who has a broad practice covering all aspects of banking and finance litigation and ADR. He has acted on a broad range of large and complex commercial cases advising clients operating in a number of sectors including banking, funds, derivatives, gaming and professional services. James leads the professional negligence practice in London. He recently led our team acting for the sub-prime lenders Cattles and Welcome in their claim against PwC in one of the largest and most high profile recent cases in the English Courts.
