Iratxe Aguirre de la Cavada joined Mondelēz International in Madrid in September 2021. Prior to that, she was an associate of the Cuatrecasas EU and competition law team in Madrid. She assisted and represented national and international companies at national and EU level in different areas of competition law (mergers and acquisitions, antitrust and state aid). Iratxe Aguirre de la Cavada holds a law degree and a business administration degree (2013) from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and a Master of Arts in EU Competition Law from King’s College London (2018).
