Ilana Kattan is a counsel in the Antitrust practice at Hogan Lovells and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She represents companies before the antitrust enforcement agencies in connection with M&A, joint ventures, and conduct investigations. she also advises companies on a range of antitrust issues, including licensing agreements, joint ventures and other collaborations, and behavioral issues. Ilana works with companies across a wide range of industries, such as publishing, chemicals, industrials, healthcare, and technology. she has particular experience representing companies in the Life Sciences sector, where she regularly advises pharmaceutical and medical device companies on the antitrust risks of their M&A and licensing and collaboration agreements and help shepherd them through complex merger control processes in the United States and abroad.
