Harrison J. McAvoy is an associate in Constantine Cannon’s New York office. His practice is focused on antitrust litigation and counseling and general commercial litigation. Prior to joining Constantine Cannon, Harrison was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York, where he focused on complex commercial litigation. Prior to that, Harrison clerked for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey. Harrison graduated cum laude from Rutgers School of Law—Newark, where he was a Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Review. During law school, Harrison interned for the Honorable Stuart Rabner, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, as well as the New York Attorney General’s Office, Antitrust Bureau. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University. Harrison is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
