Henrikas Stelmokaitis’ key expertise lies in cross-border EU and CIS litigation, including disputes regarding antitrust and private competition enforcement, audiovisual services and intellectual property. Henrikas takes part in major antitrust disputes and is involved in most notable EU and antitrust litigation in Lithuania. Adding to clients’ trust to represent them before the European Commission, European Court of Justice, Lithuanian and Russian courts, clients trust Henrikas with representing their interests during investigations, dawn raids and interrogations of the Competition Council and other regulatory authorities.
