Hanna Stakheyeva is an Ukrainian qualified lawyer, Ph.D., specializing in EU/Competition Law. Hanna has worked in Brussels/Belgium and Kyiv/Ukraine, and is currently based in Istanbul/Turkey, where she works as an Assistant Professor at Bogazici University. The areas of her current research include competition law, and intellectual property, focusing on their interplay. Hanna has been cooperating with ACTECON as an Of Counsel in competition law matters. She graduated from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University and the University of Amsterdam. Hanna is the member of the Bar (Advokatura) of Ukraine , an author of numerous publications, including a (co-authored) book on "Merger Control in the EU and Turkey: A Comparative Guide" published by Kluwer.
