Dr. Hanna Schröder, LL.M., is a Legal Secretary in the chambers of Advocate General Juliane Kokott at the Court of Justice of the European Union since April 2016. After studying law and political science in France, Germany and Switzerland, Hanna Schröder worked as a research assistant at the German Research Institute for Public Administration Speyer, before joining, in September 2013, the chambers of Judge Maria Eugénia Martins Ribeiro at the General Court of the European Union. Hanna Schröder is the author of a doctoral thesis on the contract of public authorities in European law, written in co-supervision at the Universities of Strasbourg (France) and Speyer (Germany), for which she was awarded the thesis prize of the French Council of State in 2017. Her research activities mainly concern European and comparative administrative law and competition law.
