Hugues Villey has graduated from Sciences-Po Paris and holds a Master in European Law from the University Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne. Hugues launched his own practice in 2000 within Toison Villey Broud law firm and joined BCTG Avocats in 2012 as a partner of the economic and competition law department. Hugues ’sectoral experience includes cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, logistic, media, etc. He advises international and national companies on EU and French Competition Law as regards anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, merger control, distribution agreements and other complex forms of cooperation. He also represents his clients before all kind of competition or control authorities in case of litigation in these matters.
