Guillaume Daieff

Guillaume Daieff joined the French Ministry for Justice in August 2022. He was previously deputy director of competition law, consumer law and legal affairs at the French General Directorate for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF) since April 2020. He previously served as Head of the Financial, Economic and Commercial Section (2018-2020), and as First Deputy Public Prosecutor (2017-2020) at the Nanterre Court of High Instance. Between 2008 and 2017, he was National Financial Investigating Judge. Guillaume Daieff graduated from the ENM in 1999. He is also a graduate from the Université Paris-Sorbonne, Sciences Po Paris and ESSEC Business School.
