Godefroy de Moncuit is currently an associate professor and researcher at the joint laboratory GREDEG/CNRS at University Côte d’Azur (Nice Sophia Antipolis) and a research affiliate at University Paris II Pantheon Assas (Paris Center for Law and Economics - CRED). He is also a member of the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA). He has published a book which has been awarded the Concurrences Best PhD Award and the international Jacques Lassier Prize. Godefroy de Moncuit was recently granted the IOS research ‘seed money’ funding (round 13) which rewards an "innovative research proposal of high academic quality with a significant social impact". His researches mainly focus on European Law, Competition Law, Law & Economics, Technology Law and the Law of Artificial Intelligence.
