Giuseppe Tantulli is an associate with White & Case in the firm’s Brussels office. He is a member of the Firm’s EU law practice in Brussels and advises clients on all aspects of European, Italian and international antitrust/competition law, with a particular focus on merger control, cartel investigations and compliance issues. He has been involved in several high-profile and complex merger control cases in transactions (including joint ventures and minority shareholding acquisitions) requiring international merger control approvals, both in Europe and around the world. He has particular experience advising international clients in merger control cases that require the assessment and negotiation of remedies. Giuseppe also regularly advises clients in cartel investigations and other Article 101 TFEU proceedings, as well as EU and Italian antitrust/competition law issues relating to vertical restraints and dominance. He has represented clients in Article 101 TFEU investigations both before the European Commission and the Italian Competition Authority.
