Gabriela da Costa is a London-based partner in K&L Gates’ antitrust, competition & trade regulation practice group. She has led the design, implementation, execution, enforcement, and defense (in investigations and the courts) of high-profile go-to-market strategies for major consumer and B2B brands in Europe and the UK. She advises product manufacturers across a range of sectors on complex competition law questions relating to the sale of their products, including selective distribution, pricing policies, online marketplace restrictions, direct-to-consumer sales strategies, customer-competitor dealings, market communications, partner terminations, and related interactions with intellectual property and data protection laws. In the transactional context, Gabriela Da Costa is a principal member of K&L Gates’ international foreign investment screening team, coordinating major multi-jurisdictional assessments and handling national clearances, including under the UK’s National Security and Investment Act.
