Floris-Willem Dierickx is an associate with Baker McKenzie in the firm’s Brussels office. He advises clients on all competition matters (including merger review, cartel investigations and distribution arrangements) and foreign direct investments, working with the European Commission and the UK Competition and Markets Authority. Before joining Baker McKenzie, Floris-Willem Dierickx gained valuable experience as a law clerk at the Court of Cassation in Brussels and as an intern in leading business and law firms in Brussels.
