Frank Qi

Frank Qi is currently Senior Director, Legal Counsel at Qualcomm advising different business units on antitrust matters, handling M&A as well as investigations and litigation across the world. Prior to joining Qualcomm, Frank practiced antitrust law at the Washington DC office of Ropes & Gray. He began his legal career through the US Department of Justice Honors Program at the Antitrust Division.
