François Dauba is a competition lawyer at BCTG Avocats. François Dauba holds a Master degree in Commercial Law from Rennes University (DJCE). He joined BCTG Avocats in 2012, after several years of practice in a US law firm. He became a partner in the economic and competition law department in 2021. He advises international and national companies on EU and French Competition Law as regards anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, merger control, distribution agreements and other complex forms of cooperation. He also represents his clients before all kind of competition or control authorities in case of litigation in these matters
