Floris O.W. Vogelaar was an Attorney at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek from 1969 to 1999. He later worked as a Professor in Competition and Regulation at the University of Amsterdam in parallel to being a Member of the administrative appeals committee at the Dutch Competition Authority.
