Evelina Uogintaitė is a chief adviser of the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania. Evelina advises case handlers and other officers of the Competition Council regarding procedural and material issues in complex antitrust investigations. Evelina has extensive experience in drafting resolutions of the Competition Council, preparing legal briefs, and arguing cases of the Competition Council before courts. Before joining the Competition Council Evelina worked in private sector (law firm), where she specialized in enforcement proceedings, cross-border cases, dispute resolution, and mediation. Evelina studied law and economics at Vilnius University, graduated from the LL.M program in Competition Law organized by the Brussels School of Competition.
