Emmanuelle Inacio is a PhD candidate of the University Littoral Côte d’Opale (LARJ EA 3603) under the joint supervision of Professor Daniel Fasquelle and Professor Michel Menjucq. Her thesis focusses on the regulation of restructuring and insolvency practitioners within the European Union. She lectures competition law, insolvency law and European and International insolvency law at the University Littoral Côte d’Opale and SKEMA Business School. Emmanuelle is also the Chief Technical Officer of INSOL Europe.
