Dyah Paramita has extensive experience in handling antitrust and competition law issues before Indonesia’s Competition Authority (KPPU), varying from advisory, cartel investigation, merger control filing, business model consultation, up to antitrust and competition litigation. She is recognized by Chambers Asia Pacific 2018-2021: Indonesia, Antirust/Competition. On the dispute resolution front, she is currently a Regional Representative for ICC Young Arbitrators Forum, South Asia, 2019-2021. As a fully qualified Indonesian advocate and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), she holds a Master of Laws degree on Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from the Queen Mary University of London. She is experienced in handling a wide array of disputes, varying from commercial disputes before the courts, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. She is also well versed in handling investigations, white-collar crimes, as well as private wealth disputes. Technology is influencing all areas of law, including litigation, arbitration, investigations, and antitrust. Dyah is leading the legal document automation innovation in the Jakarta office to to enhance cost and time efficiency of our lawyers. Dyah was appointed by the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia as the Spokesperson of the Independent Expert Team (Tim Serap Aspirasi UU Cipta Kerja) to assist the government in preparing the implementing regulations of the Omnibus Law on Job Creation.
