Dr. Mathias Stöcker is of counsel at Morgan Lewis, he is based in Munich. He focuses his practice on German and EU competition law, representing global corporations in merger control procedures before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission. He advises on the coordination of multijurisdictional filings, proceedings concerning fines for cartels or abusive practices, and strategic corporate projects.
