Anne-Kathrin Lauer is an associate with Hogan Lovells based in Dusseldorf where she advises national and international clients on all areas of German and European competition law. Anne advises clients in complex multi-jurisdictional merger control proceedings. She is particularly experienced in the automotive and the health care sector. Anne offers comprehensive solutions to complex distribution queries and related aspects of competition law. Furthermore, she defends clients in cartel and abuse of dominance investigations before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission. Anne studied law at the University of Heidelberg and the University of Leeds, UK. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Anne worked in the competition law teams of international law firms in Dusseldorf and Beijing, China.
