David J. Shaw

David Shaw is a Partner at Morrison & Foerster since 2021. Before that he worked for 4 years at the US Department of Justice in many different capacities (notably as a Deputy Chief of staff and as a counsel to the Assistant Attorney General) from 2016 to 2021. He also was an Associate at Covington & Bruling from 2011 to 2016. He graduated with a J.D. in Law from Georgetown University in 2009.
