Damaris is a research assistant with the chair of Professor Thomas Fetzer and a doctoral candidate at the law faculty of the University of Mannheim. In her research project which is part of the "Responsible Artificial Intelligence" program of the Baden-Württemberg Foundation she focuses on algorithm based artificial intelligence and its impacts on competition law. Before joining the University of Mannheim Damaris worked as a lawyer in an internationally active law firm in the field of European and German competition law.
