Daiske Yoshida is a partner in the Tokyo office of Morrison & Foerster. He has extensive experience in cross-border litigation, arbitration and investigations in a wide range of industries, and specializes in advising clients on matters involving antitrust, anti-corruption, economic sanctions, and data privacy/security. Mr. Yoshida represents clients in U.S. federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as international arbitrations.
