Constanze Semmelmann is a Senior executive and specialised lawyer (PhD) with experience in copyright (CH/EU), competition and data protection (CH/GDPR) law and international contracts. She has detailed knowledge on the relations between Switzerland and the EU/EEA, EU business law and competition law and an extensive experience in diverse working environments in Europe and North America. She is currently Head of Legal & International Relations at the Swiss collective management organisation for text and images. Member of the Executive Board. Heading projects at the crossroads law/IT implementing licensing structures in a state of the art data management architecture. Leading negotiations with copyright user associations. Prior to her current position, Constanze was responsible for overseeing the Swiss collective management organisations at the Swiss IP Office and took part in negotiations on international copyright matters at WIPO.
