Christine Ryu-Naya is an Associate at Baker Botts’ Antitrust and Competition Practice. Ms. Ryu-Naya advises clients on all aspects of antitrust law, with an emphasis on U.S. and international merger reviews. She has counseled clients through all stages of the merger review process, including representing parties before the antitrust agencies, complying with government information requests, coordinating antitrust filings in foreign jurisdictions, and negotiating and complying with consent orders. Ms. Ryu-Naya also counsels clients on a variety of business issues, including interlocking directorates, integration planning, and non-solicitation agreements.
